蓝城·江山陌上花开 | 空中院墅

本项目在全国“限墅令” 背景下，对住宅产品迭代更新做的一次研发设计，通过退台、外挑，错落，意在打造层层有露台，户户有庭院，家家有景观的空中院墅产品。以适老颐养为目标，打造舒适宜人的田园生活。

Developed in response to national restrictions on villa construction, this project explores the evolution of residential design. By incorporating stepped setbacks, cantilevered elements, and staggered massing, the design creates sky courtyard villas featuring terraces on every level, private courtyards for every unit, and lush landscapes for every home. Designed with aging-in-place in mind, the project fosters a comfortable and idyllic pastoral lifestyle.
