本项目以经典坊巷形局为底盘，通过南北向的花园群落，与东西向的漂浮水轴，形成中轴焦点，展开星罗棋布的赏游空间。 造型上大面积的玻璃透面、考究细致的建筑肌理、香槟金的色彩勾勒、灯笼柱的“形译”将宋韵风雅融入当代东方的建筑韵味中，提炼大道至简的创作意境，让传统文化精髓与现代建筑工艺糅合，营造出庄重、精致、清雅的高阶美学表达。

Anchored by a classic ward and alley layout, the project establishes a central focal point through north-south garden clusters and an east-west floating water axis, unfolding a constellation of leisure and viewing spaces. The design features expansive transparent glass facades, meticulously detailed architectural textures, champagne gold accents, and the formal translation of lantern-inspired columns, seamlessly integrating the elegance and refinement of the Song Dynasty into contemporary Eastern architectural aesthetics. Embracing a creative vision of profound simplicity, the project blends the essence of traditional culture with modern architectural craftsmanship to cultivate a dignified, refined, and serene elevated aesthetic expression.
