绿城晓风朗月湾项目位于浙江省杭州市滨江区，南临北塘河，西侧为西兴路北侧为滨兴路。距离地铁1号线西兴站/滨康路仅1.1公里，交通便利。 项目定位：滨江之心 澄澈之境 延续柳岸晓风的高改基因，体现项目的高端占位。 西兴古镇作为浙东运河&京杭运河链接点，更铺陈当代国际滨的优雅水岸生活。 主楼造型延续了绿城兰园整体框架，结合国际滨的整体风貌在细节上进行创新提升。 示范区造型概念取自“澄澈”二字。澄澈意为水清见底；清亮明洁。出自晋·王献之《杂帖》：“镜湖澄澈，清流泻注。” “水清见底” 可见生态之美； “清亮明洁” 诉说明亮纯净的空间质感。项目造型柱意向取自花瓣，吊顶造型结合向上延申的花瓣柱，形成了圆与方的正负形。吊顶局部材质为艺术玻璃，让自然的光线透过吊顶铺洒在序厅之中，形成清亮明洁的生态空间。

Located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the Greentown Xiaofeng Langyuewan project is bordered by the Beitang River to the south, Xixing Road to the west, and Binxing Road to the north. Situated just 1.1 kilometers from the Xixing and Binkang Road stations on Metro Line 1, the site enjoys excellent transit connectivity. Project Positioning: Heart of Binjiang, Realm of Clarity Building upon the premium residential lineage of Liu'an Xiaofeng, the design underscores the project's elite positioning. Serving as the junction of the Zhedong Canal and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the ancient town of Xixing further sets the stage for an elegant waterfront lifestyle in the contemporary International Binjiang district. The architectural form of the main building extends the overall framework of Greentown Lanyuan, incorporating innovative and refined details that harmonize with the broader aesthetic of the International Binjiang district. The design concept for the demonstration area is inspired by the notion of crystal clarity, evoking water so pure one can see the bottom, and a space that is bright and immaculate. Drawing from the Jin Dynasty calligrapher Wang Xianzhi, who wrote that Mirror Lake is crystalline with clear streams flowing in, the design captures the ecological beauty of pristine waters and the luminous, pure quality of the spatial experience. The structural columns are inspired by flower petals; the ceiling design integrates these upward-reaching petal-like columns to create a dynamic interplay of positive and negative forms, blending circles and squares. Incorporating art glass in sections of the ceiling allows natural light to filter through and cascade into the entrance hall, cultivating a bright, immaculate, and ecologically inspired space.
