设计理念
Design Concept
极致之用地，规划以“品”字型布局，最大化地延拓东侧景观面，并兼顾西侧、北侧城市界面的礼仪形象。立面幕墙结合玻璃、金属幕墙，细部气质简洁而富有韵律，呈现工艺营造之美。
Given the extreme constraints of the site, the masterplan adopts a tripartite layout to maximize the eastern landscape frontage, while maintaining a dignified presence along the western and northern urban interfaces. The facade integrates glass and metal curtain wall systems, featuring clean and rhythmic detailing that showcases the beauty of refined craftsmanship.
