Anchored by the demonstration area and product innovation, the Yinzhou District JD-13-03-06 project embraces the overarching vision of nourishing Yinzhou through metropolitan aesthetics. It seeks to cultivate a premium community that harmonizes fashion, art, and lifestyle experiences, bridging the vibrant urban core with the serene waterfront. The demonstration area is guided by the design motifs of surging tides, vertical gardens, the Pearl of the East China Sea, and a radiant stone framework.
