本项目利用多条景观轴线布局，横向两景观主轴与纵向的景观主轴交织，户户尽享优越的景观资源。多层次的景观庭院的设置和布局，通过主次分明、动静有序的空间架构，组织建筑的外部空间，提升居住空间品质。 住宅建筑采用新古典三段式，优雅而充满人文气息。建筑造型汲取古典建筑精髓，讲究比例和对称，简洁大气、高雅隽永，设计追求简洁的体量关系，取消复杂的装饰堆砌，以精致构件加以点缀。为强化住宅的人文气质，在立面细节设计中尽显巧思。二、三层的层间腰线饰以回字纹，1、设备平台采用古典花格纹样穿孔铝板窗代替百叶，2、屋顶采用坡屋面披檐造型，3、小青瓦屋面尽显传统韵味，营造出独树一帜的典雅风貌。

The project is organized around a network of multiple landscape axes, where two horizontal main axes intersect with a vertical main axis, ensuring that every residence enjoys premium landscape views. The integration and layout of multi-layered landscape courtyards organize the building's exterior spaces through a spatial framework characterized by clear hierarchies and a harmonious balance of active and tranquil zones, thereby elevating the overall quality of the living environment. The residential buildings feature an elegant and humanistic neoclassical tripartite composition. Drawing on the essence of classical architecture, the building forms emphasize proportion and symmetry, achieving a grand yet minimalist, elegant, and timeless aesthetic. The design pursues clean volumetric relationships, eschewing excessive ornamentation in favor of subtle, refined architectural details. To further enhance the humanistic character of the residences, the facade design incorporates ingenious detailing. The horizontal stringcourses between the second and third floors are adorned with a traditional key-fret motif. 1. Equipment platforms feature perforated aluminum panels with classical lattice patterns in place of standard louvers. 2. The roof design incorporates sloped eaves. 3. Traditional small gray roof tiles imbue the project with a classic charm, creating a uniquely elegant and distinctive architectural character.
