本案深植于老城肌理，面对周界风貌陈旧与前场局促的双重挑战，我们以“外仪内秀”为哲学起点，重塑老南京的生活想象。 于外，我们摒弃常规的开放姿态，以一道优雅的弧面墙体从容应对纷杂的城市界面，既隔绝喧嚣，内院以极具雕塑感的椭圆空间形态，塑造空间的精神锚点。针对原始场地的三角畸零，我们重新梳理主入口轴线，以非对称的精准偏移，化解几何尴尬，在归家动线上预埋庄重的仪式感。 于内，设计由“封”转“敞”。我们将南北景观轴作为视觉通廊，以对景手法完成从城市到家园的起承转合，并预留向未来大区延伸的伏笔。流线设计打破垂直强指向的拘谨，引入自由婉转的路径，引导人们缓步进入内院。借鉴江南园林的造景精髓，通过借景、障景与框景，在有限尺度内营造出层层递进的度假式游园体验。 这不仅是一次物理空间的改造，更是一次生活场景的焕新——以现代设计的笔触，为老城注入静谧而恒久的优雅，让熟悉的土地生长出陌生的惊喜。

Deeply rooted in the urban fabric of the old city, the project addresses the dual challenges of an aging peripheral context and a constrained forecourt. Guided by the philosophy of an elegant exterior and a refined interior, we reimagine the lifestyle of historic Nanjing. Externally, we depart from conventional openness, employing an elegant curved wall to gracefully mediate the complex urban interface and shield the interior from the city's clamor, while the inner courtyard features a highly sculptural elliptical form to establish a spiritual anchor for the space. Addressing the awkward triangular geometry of the original site, we reorganized the main entrance axis. Through precise asymmetrical offsets, we resolve the geometric constraints and instill a profound sense of ritual into the approach to the residences. Internally, the design transitions from enclosed to open. We utilize the north-south landscape axis as a visual corridor, employing aligned views to orchestrate a seamless narrative transition from the city to the home, while laying the groundwork for future expansion into the broader district. The circulation design breaks away from rigid vertical linearity, introducing fluid, meandering pathways that gently guide visitors into the inner courtyard. Drawing inspiration from the essence of Jiangnan garden design, we employ techniques of borrowed scenery, screened views, and framed views to create a progressively layered, resort-like garden experience within a compact scale. This project is more than a transformation of physical space; it is a renewal of the living experience. Through the language of modern design, we infuse the old city with a quiet, enduring elegance, allowing familiar ground to yield unexpected delights.
