本项目所在区域是芜湖市最具历史感的核心板块、最具国际风的滨江板块，同时项目所在街区原址为老船厂的工业厂房，基地内遗存部分历史建筑，设计意在处理好历史遗存和新生建筑之间的关系，从而提升城市形象，展现片区活力。

Situated in Wuhu, the project is located in the city's most historically resonant core district and its most cosmopolitan waterfront area. The site, originally home to the industrial structures of a former shipyard, retains several historic buildings. The design seeks to harmonize the relationship between these historical remnants and the new architecture, thereby elevating the urban image and showcasing the vitality of the district.
