Its fundamental logic is based on the integration of garden-style workspaces, mixed functions, and flexible configurations. Spatially, the design emphasizes two dimensions. The first is horizontal scalability, utilizing modules of varying scales to accommodate diverse spatial requirements, including co-working spaces, innovation hubs, incubators, and corporate headquarters. The second is vertical mixed-use programming, layering functions such as offices, commercial spaces, courtyards, terraces, walkways, and rooftop gardens to create a more complex and vibrant working environment. Ultimately, the Garden Office seeks to transform the traditional office from a closed, purely efficient, and singular space into an open, green, and interactive corporate ecosystem that fosters communication, exhibition, and continuous growth.
