本项目通过场地性，文化性，功能性，地标性四个维度对项目基地进行深入分析，打造雨耕坊整体六大板块，通过传统符号和现代做法的梳理，进行砖+拱的组合演绎，功能上建立以文化+为主导的产业集群，创造出独特的建筑造型语汇和最佳的城市展示界面。

Through an in-depth analysis of the site across four dimensions—site context, cultural significance, functionality, and landmark potential—the design establishes six major zones for Yugengfang. By integrating traditional motifs with contemporary construction methods, the project explores a dynamic interplay of brick and arch. Functionally, it establishes a Culture+-led industry cluster, creating a distinctive architectural vocabulary and an optimal urban presentation interface.
